BSMP are continually looking at how we can improve both clinical and non clinical aspects of patient care. Positive and negative feedback is an important mechanism to assist our practice in identifying areas that are working well or may require improvement.


BSMP will always take a patients complaint very seriously. If a patient has not been happy with a service provided, both clinical and non clinical, we would encourage patients to make a formal complaint.

All complaints are investigated and patients will receive a response from the Practice Manager either verbally or in writing where appropriate.

We would encourage patients to register their complaints so appropriate action can be made.

How to register your feedback

It is a high priority for BSMP to provide patients available access and opportunity to provide feedback and we have a number of different mechanisms for patients to do this, including:

  • By Phone or in person – Ask for the Practice Manager
  • Patient Feedback Forms – Available at the reception counter
